We stand behind every Legion51 product with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.
30-day guarantee
You may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, even on opened products. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How to start a return
- Email support@legion51.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions within 1 business day.
- Ship the item to the address on your RMA. For opened products, no physical return may be required — we'll confirm in your RMA email.
Refund processing
Once your return is approved (or your refund request is accepted under the guarantee), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-refundable items
Gift cards and clearly marked final-sale items are not eligible for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
